Absolutely the best car buying experience I have ever had!! Ugonna and Sammy were professional, knowledgeable, worked with me patiently to help find what I was looking for in a car. I could’ve very easily gone someplace else to buy a car, but Sammy and Ugonna were so genuinely kind and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. They were totally accommodating to my work schedule as well and brought the car to my house for a test drive and then actually delivered it to me after I bought it and Ugonna connected the garage door opener to the car for me and gave me a brief orientation to the car. The service provided by Adam and Charles at the Infiniti location was absolutely amazing. Post Covid, customer service has been non existent in the service industry and businesses have settled to provide less. My first experience with Nalley Infiniti was awesome. I'm very please with the kindness and things that was done to help me resolved my battery issue. I'm from Sylvania, Ga and was in Atlanta because my son was attending a basketball showcase. I called Nalley Infiniti to see if they had and opening and they did and my advisor was Dawn. She was very helpful, kind, and made sure I didn't miss my son games during the time they where working on my vehicle by calling Lyft services to get me to the facility my son was playing at and back to the dealership! This was the best service and advisor I ever had! Thank you and I will coming to get my spark change when I come upon there at the end of may!
