The service technician was extremely nice. My only concern is some of the changes I’m seeing in infinity service as a whole. Lots of push back on the customer lately. I was told your policy has changed with giving out dealer cars while the customers new one is being servoced. That leaves the customer on a work day conformed to their homes or dealer. I had to explain myself why I wasn’t going to pay for a testing and troubleshooting fee on my fully warranties QX80 when the car was not turning on and left me stranded for a few hours. The VVCS, Variable Voltage Control System. I almost got charged for that, I should not have to pay for something like that or even asked too when it’s a known issue. Most would have paid but I like to keep myself informed with my cars. I have owned infinity’s for years but I have noticed the changes in service.

The service department and the associate were very accommodating. They handled my service needs very quickly and professionally.
