The explanation of the maintenance agreement was not explained throughly enough as to why it was needed. It’s a brand new vehicle and everything should be covered for at least 3yrs under manufacturers warranty.

Kendrick always give me outstanding customer service. He always give me feedback on my car’s progress and advise me on pertinent issues with my vehicle. Due to challenging times, loaner cars are very limited, but he was able to get me home with Lyft.
