Wow being that I needed a new starter and not receiving positive information because of a back order issue, then through the miracle of God's grace you guys found out that a starter ordered for another customer was available, because the customer didn't need my day at Nalley was very positive.

When I arrived I was immediately met by Adam to start my service. He accepted my car and explained to me the issue and what needed to be addressed. He informed me that it would be ready as promptly as possible. We have been a client of Adam Ohman’s for years and the level of care and thorough service along with the reputation of quality we have experienced with Nalley and Infiniti has led us to purchase another car of the same brand from the same dealer. These qualities are almost impossible to find these days. Keep up the great work!
