Kendrick North is my "go to" for well over 20 years from purchase to advice that speaks volumes in customer satisfaction. My last experience was to see a video of the work being performed along with future preventive recommendations. He gives me comfort knowing that my Q50 was serviced properly and is performing at it's best.

Infiniti reviewed my car to find out why it was slowing down and shutting off. Clogged MAF sensor. I felt like the team there both correct and honest in their assessment, as my vehicle ran perfectly after the service.
