My experience with Nalley Infiniti Marietta was amazing! My appointment was at 7:30am. I was seen immediately, an IPAD was used as we discussed my concerns with my vehicle. They offered a Lyft, the estimate was accurate and less and they finished same day. A mpi was reviewed, my car was fixed right the first time, was cleaner than when came in. Not only that I received a follow up call. I really appreciate the team at Infiniti Marietta. Thank you!

It was just ok. I feel like it could have been better, a little more attention to detail. My car was not cleaned well, and I was getting calls and texts (while I was in the dealership purchasing the car) to come and buy a car.

My QX80 stopped cranking. Unfortunately, that was as I was attempting to leave my daughters swim lesson. Left us stranded and in need of a tow to Infiniti. We arrived after hours and had to leave our key and description of the issue in the drop box.
