I came in without an appointment, but needed a new battery. Since I was within 150 miles of needing a 70K mile service, I asked if that could be done as well. Kendrick North was the Service Advisor who assisted me. He was knowledgeable and very helpful -- everything that a good Service Advisor should be.

As usual my service experience went as expected. Beginning with the legnth of time quoted by Curtis my service man who intermittently kept me updated through out the whole process and last minute factored in a car wash. I'm very well pleased.
