My service request was completed as needed. My experience was consistent (and great) including my service rep, Kendrick North, whom I've had for at least the last 10 years.

I was impressed with my Service Rep Thomas! He knew the service I was receiving would take some time so he offered to request a Lyft to take me to a restaurant & pick me up when done. This was truly impressive. When I returned my vehicle was ready & all I had to do is check out.

Kendrick is always professional and efficient. I did have additional concerns that he made sure were taken care of. I have worked with him for several years and I have not ever been disappointed.

Came in to get oil change and see why tire pressure warning lights were on. During visit, I learned a friend/fellow minister’s husband had fallen to suicide. They were newlyweds. I was audibly and visibly upset. Kendrick North brought me water, tissue, and took me to a room where I could be alone. Came back often to check on me. I appreciated him getting my car done ASAP and the appreciation for my situation.

Dawn is always vert professional and goes over the need of my car. My car is always ready when promised.

Dawn was an excellent service advisor. She gave us thorough detail on what was wrong with our car and options to mitigate risks in the future.

It was good, however the wrong mileage sticker was applied to the windshield and no car wash.

Kendrick North is pleasant and courteous. And he made sure my oil change was done.

It was very comfortable. We were lucky to have Ms. Ramona Kerr. She was knowledgeable, helpful, kind and extremely easy to work with.
