The service was exceptional. This was my first time having my vehicle serviced at this location. This is the best customer service and servicing I have received with any car I’ve owned.

I was able to get a vehicle (Enterprise) while my car was being looked at for service. I was told no loaners were available when I arrived at my appt. I made that appt the week before and the appt maker said it would be no problem. I was hoping to test drive the Q60 or QX60 as I was considering an upgrade. Dawn took care of me and my my car got a software update. Nothing could be found for the spontaneous braking that happened. I was told perhaps it was a large bug that caused the spontaneous braking. I'm very concerned about the safety recall 21V402000 that was issued May 26, 2021. It's July 20, 2021 and apparently no resolution. Slightly, scared to drive my vehicle but doing so with caution.

It was easy to make an appointment to have my vehicle checked out by the service dept. Our service advisor, Jevon, was great to work with and kept us informed along the way with pictures and full description of the work that was needed. The repairs were completed in the time frame we were told and pick up was quick and easy. Overall great experience.
