Love the service and the staff!

I was unable to get an appointment ahead of time so I walked in. Kendrick took great care of me and was able to look up my free oil change from the last special I had on my account. A few services were recommended that I’ll get at a later date. I have bounced between a few different service guys but Kendrick seems to always be in point.

My experience was one in a million patience. I had to come three times and the third time had to get a loaner. I wasn’t angry but disapponted. But it was a good journey because of Dawn. She made me feel so special as a customer,, until my disappointment was no more. She got lif to take me to lunch and pick me up. She kept coming out to give me an update on my car. She felt my disappointment. , not anger. She was very patient herself, excellent customer service behavior. I
