I had the BEST car buying experience at Nalley! I have to give a HUGE thanks to Cedric Harvey for answering all my questions and providing great costumer service. He made me feel like I was apart of the “Nalley” family! I Highly recommend Cedric. If it wasn’t for him, I don’t think I would have purchased a car.

My service advisor Adam was a great help to me. He assisted me with my vehicle when I came in. He was pleasant and professional. He got my car worked in and let me know that my transmission issue was under warranty and made several other recommendations to correct some recall issues. He also waited for me to get back to pick up my car since I had to get an UBER and we were stuck in traffic. Definitely a class act. Thank you Adam!! Thank you Nalley!!!

My car was in for service/repairs recently and the service I received was excellent. I'd taken it in on Saturday as an emergency and the part had to be ordered so I was given a loaner for the duration. My service rep, Dawn Bresko, was always responsive to my texts, kept me informed, and generally very helpful. Kudos to her and the folks at Nalley !
