My experience with Nalley Infiniti of Marietta is always phenomenal. Kendrick and the team are professionals and take great care of my Q60. This last visit took much longer than it should have, which was surprising to me because I’ve never spent more than a couple hours there for service (they replaced a bolt). It appeared that they were extremely busy which is understandable. Maybe they were short-staffed of mechanics that day. Either way, there’s no reason for something as simple as a bolt being replaced to take 4 hours to complete (checked in at 1045am and my vehicle was delivered to me about 245pm).

I had just received my GA tags from Driver Services but could not get my rear MD tag off. I didn't have a appt. but I needed my new tags on ASAP. The mechanic had to cut my old tag off. I purchased a new Infiniti tag bracket. As usual everyone was helpful and kind. My Service Advisor Adam Ohman was very involved as well as the parts dept, and the mechanic. I really appreciated the help I received. The performance was EXCELLENT!

After my car was serviced, it was supposed to be washed/vacuum, it was washed but not vacuumed and I did say something to the technician and she stated that they do not remove any paper from the floor, which I had a problem with,so I removed the paper from the floor, if it is on the floor,it is trashed and she should have immediately had the paper/trash removed or she should have removed it herself.

I was able to schedule an appointment for a replacement battery the same day my car wouldn’t start.

The customer service that we received from both Ramona and Stasha was exceptional! Although the process took a few days for us, they were both very patient and resourceful. I've been searching for a G37 for a while now, and I loooove my car! When we look to purchase another Infiniti in the future, we will definitely come back to that lot.

We are avid fans of the Infinity product . We loved our 2014 QX80 so much, that we decided to get a new 2020 QX80. Out sales person, Nicole King was fantastic. Nalley Infinity in Marietta is now part of our family !!!
