Mark Thompson and his team gave excellence service. He was thorough explaining what services were required and why. I didn't feel like he was pressuring me to have unnecessary work done on my car. The service was done in a timely manner. I also like the option of a loaner car if servicing takes a bit of time. The dealers' process when it comes to providing updates is great.
