My experience with Kendrick North is always pleasant and professional. Kendrick is the reason I have my vehicle serviced there,

I made a last minute request for a scheduled maintenance and my Service Consultant went out of his way to accommodate my hectic business schedule. The car was ready for pickup when promised, the estimated cost given to me prior to performing the service was spot on and the car was washed and vacuumed when picked up. I go to Nalley of Marietta for all my services, this is my 3rd Infiniti purchased and serviced there.

I appreciate Zach McClelland's communication with me regarding issues found with my QX60. He worked with Infiniti to make a very expensive fix seem fair to me... I appreciate the extra work he did there which has built my trust with him specifically and Nalley Marietta.

My salesperson, Wildon Williams, was very personable and attentive to my needs. He did everything to ensure I secured the vehicle was looking for in my price range.

There service was okay and just like they always do the service department comes up with all of this stuff that you need to have done that wasn't mentioned at the last service that was just 2- 3 months ago! I don't understand why you can't just come and get an oil change and be done with. I was also supposed to get the tires caps put back on my car and that didn't happen.

Great personal service. Easy in and easy out.
