Always a great experience

I have been a Nalley Infiniti customer since 2009. I have used several service advisors however Kendrick is the BEST. Listens to you and advises with general concern. Does not try to force you to make unnecessary repairs as other dealerships. I am not impressed with the sales Team. Looking to purchase in the near future but will not use this dealership. I have had someone there to pry and asdvise me to trade to get a better loan form a source that I was not using. The sales tactic used are for immature purchasers not for a somone that has been a longtime Infiniti customer.

Great service and atmosphere

I went to Nalley Infiniti to get my car’s oil changed and have a couple other things checked. The other things I knew would be costly. The service writer and the mechanic met with me to discuss my options, giving me more information so I could make an informed decision about the actions to take on my car. This is the second time I’ve been to see them and each time they have taken the time to listen and explain things honestly and completely. I plan to continue having them perform services on my car.

We had an excellent experience. The team was very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Best car buying experience we’ve had!
