I was disappointed to discover that the 2 additional free oil changes I had negotiated with my purchase were not included in my records. When I went I for my first service they had no record of them. I do have the "we owe" document which proves your commitment but was told I needed to send a copy to the service department to get it in your records. I should not need to do this.

Thanks for sending this survey. The "Nalley" experience was very well received and satisfying. Our Sales Associate, Larry Jamison, sent a survey link in a text that for some reason I could not access. I am sure that the problem was on my end. Larry was extremely professional with handling our purchase needs. Larry actually felt like a "best friend" through the purchase. Our Financial Associate, Mary (?) was also extremely professional and friendly. Mary performed searches to best serve our financial needs. If everyone at Nalley is as professional and friendly as Larry and Mary, you should receive the #1 dealership in the nation. Please share this feedback with Larry and Mary. Just bought a brand new Q70L from Greg! He has sold me several cars in the past and working with him is always a pleasure. He always makes me feel welcome and sometimes buying a car can be stressful and takes forever but, not with Greg!
