Great Service as always !!!!

I am pleased with my experience at Nalley Infiniti of Marietta. As always, the service advisors are timely and informative. My only concern is that i did not not receive copies of the paperwork for the work that was done on my car. I tend to keep copies for my own records. I don't think it was intentional. I think it was a minor oversight on the part of the advisement team.

A lady helped me she was a petite, blonde woman. I have been to this location several times since I moved from Roswell near my home dealership of 4 years. This team member gave me the best experience thus far she totally gets it. If you have any sort of recognition programs I firmly would like to nominate this woman for it. As always Mr. Kendrick North has awesome customer service skills and address all concerns that I have about my vehicle. It's easy scheduling an appointment considering I'm driving almost 1hr 45 minutes away to get my vehicle service. During my wait I'm always provided with a loaner vehicle. So far I'm pleased with my service
