My experience was great. I was allowed to change my appointment time with no problems and when I arrived my experience was smooth.

Your service department is above and beyond quality. I feel I can trust whatever Adam tells me. He is professional and approachable. I have absolutely no problem with this Dealership’s service department. The purchase of my Q40 however was not a wonderful experience. I am so nervous about the car’s operation. Driving in rain is impossible above 45 mph. If a rain shower starts while I am on the freeway I have to pull off quickly. I have been told by the service department that the tires may be the problem and I accept that but I just purchased the car and it was Certified by Nalley as quality and I counted on that. The drop from a Q50s was drastic and upsetting for me. So vast in difference. It was incredibly difficult to lose such a wonderful car. None better. But I have gotten almost used to the idea of this Q40 base model but I am still depressed about my totaling the best car I ever had. I have owned a Mercedes 550SL hardtop convertible, the top of the line Cadillac (2 of them), a Z, 3 loaded Chevy Monte Carlo, 2 Ford Taurus, a Honda Accord SEL, and a Subaru XT6 loaded and none of these come close to that Q50s. But I muddle on and despite not being happy about buying a car with bad tires on it I still love Infiniti.
