I love coming to this location most times. Zach is my advisor and handles his business professionally and well. The rating is a 4 star because I brought my car in for a full detail. Although they did a good job, my arm rest was awful. I made sure that it was clear of my personal items so it could be cleaned as well. Zach wasn't working on the day of pickup so I believe I dealt with a Phyllis instead. I brought it to her attention but her nonchalant attitude about my concern is what shocked me. She told me that by law, unless I give specific directions and permission they couldn't clean that part then proceeded to walk off. I stopped her and said that that may be true but if that's the case then obviously I'm requesting it now. She acted as if I were asking too much of her so I told her I'd do it myself. That's a totally different response compared to what Zach's response would have been. I prefer to only deal with Zach as he only treats me with respect and goes over and beyond to make sure I'm a happy customer.
