Excellent experience!

Always a pleasure. However, I fell to mention my right shift paddle is slightly loose and the driver side seat cover fastening mechanism is hanging in console side. No one else saw it during the “Free multi point” inspection. I’m wondering we’ll the car is really looked at during the inspection you offer.

This was my first time visiting this location for service and I couldn’t be more pleased. Wells was informative and offered practical solutions to a few minor issues I had.

I had an excellent experience. My salesperson, Gerald Johnson, was very easy to work with and was genuinely interested in making sure I was satisfied.

I reached out to the dealership via the Infiniti website about a particular pre-certified vehicle. Gabriel Gladney immediately responded and provided details. I kept asking questions and he kept providing answers, including taking and sending me a video of the car. I had to drive 300 miles to pick up the vehicle and I was skeptical about the deal going smoothly. However, Gabriel was a consummate professional as was everyone at the dealership. Everything they told me was true. This was my fourth Infiniti and best buying experience by far.

Service was great, it was raining this particular day and I was informed that they washed the cars after service, I told my rep that I didn't need it washed because it was raining, that didn't mean that I didn't want it vacuumed, my car was not vacuumed, most likely a misunderstanding, no worries. However this morning (6Nov2018) as I was getting ready to get into my car; I noticed a screw in the crevice, and it looked to be a screw maybe from a cover under the hood, I really hope that it gets better with ensuring my car is the way that it was prior to me bringing it to dealership.
