I left Nalley Infiniti-Marietta last week w/ an awesome Q70 that I’m absolutely thrilled with. It was a pleasant experience, as far as car buying goes. Everyone I came across, from the receptionist to the sales people that I didn’t even work with were super friendly. Erica was great to work with. She did an awesome job. She was very patient with me, made herself very available, and returned calls and texts promptly. Great communication skills. Cory did a great job as well having my back and approving a great deal. What a nice guy! Patrick made the all the paperwork as stress free as possible. I recommend Nalley Infiniti-Marietta to anyone in the market for a car. This is my 4th car that I’ve gotten through them and will definitely be back.

Kendrick was very nice. The only reason this didn't get a 5 is because I specifically asked to have the tirea rotated and air put in all 4 tires. I was told it was included in the roughly $600 service. Well, it was not done at all. Yet, they found the time to recommend new tires. Hmm.

It was wonderful from beginning to end! Not the traditional haggling. I told them what I wanted and they found a way to make the deal work and I absolutely love my new car!

Mr. Adam was definitely caring and got my car serviced quickly.
