This was the greatest car shopping and car buying experience I've ever had. I purchased a car from Nalley Infiniti 8 1/2 years ago. I walked into the showroom and within two minutes was recognized by the General Sales Manager, Corey Russell, whom I haven't seen in 8 1/2 years. I was introduced to a salesman, Greg Charley, to answer my questions. Greg was outstanding! He took his time to explain to me the differences in each model of the Q50. We test drove several cars. Greg made me feel totally comfortable and treated me like I was the most important customer he's ever had. I didn't purchase that day as my wife was out of town. However, two days later, my wife and I visited with Greg who had come in on his off day to answer questions my wife may have. Again, he took all the time we needed to answer our questions. We decided to purchase the 2018 Q50S and have had zero regrets. Later, we were introduced to the Finance Manager, Paul Mitchell. Paul is extremely personable and made us feel as if we were family. He explained every piece of paperwork and ensured we understood everything before we signed. We would definitely purchase another car from Nalley Infiniti especially because of our experience with Corey, Greg, and Paul!
