Good experience. No problems.

I had to have my car towed to dealership. The tow truck driver dropped it off. The service advisor who received my keys contacted me and let me know the car was dropped off and made sure the car got to Dawn. Excellent service all around.

Bob and Josh were great to deal with. Process was simple and efficient. We weren't waiting forever on quotes which was nice.

Ask anyone, the worst experience is shopping for a new car. However, my latest experience was just the opposite thanks to Julie Lackey at Nalley Infiniti! Although Julie was new to selling cars, she is experience in customer service. Honest, sincere and atttentive to my auto needs.
