Overall I had a good experience. Everyone was helpful. Usually my car is washed before pickup and that didn’t happen this time. It’s the little detail that I’ve come to appreciate, it’s the little things. It didn’t take away from the experience and treatment RWCs, I just missed it.

Great service but I hate that they stopped washing the car.

We arrived at the lot and Bob immediately greeted us even though he was attending to other customers. He got the keys for the car we wanted and let us test drive it. We decided to buy the car and Bob handed us over to James, who helped us with the paperwork. James was also pleasant and friendly. Josh in finance was delayed because he was the only finance person working that day, and the wait could have been shorter, but it was not his fault and once he was with us he was diligent and got us out quickly. Overall, I recommend considering Nalley Infiniti for their professionalism and service.
