This service was different. I ended up getting tires, brakes, filters, oil change, and some other services. I knew that the tires were going to be the bulk of my expenses and I spoke with Kendrick and told him that I had a coupon. He explained that because the tires were already discounted, he wouldn’t be able to provide the 20% off for that. But it could go towards the other services that were rendered. He set me up with the loaner for the day and when I came back to pick up the car everything seemed fine. However, when I got to a certain location, I heard a knocking. I immediately called Kendrick and he told me his technician was gone for the day, but to return the following day. When I got back to Nalley infinit, he immediately sprung into action and had his technician look my SUV. Which he confirmed that it was my coolant fans. After hearing the news, I was a bit concerned. I previously purchased the SUV from Nalley and also have an extended warranty. I sat for a moment and Kendrick came back and advised that it was fine and everything would be taken care of. And it put my mind at ease considering that I just spent over $1500 the day before. I can honestly say that this made me fall in love with Nalley Infiniti all over again.

Lindsay was very accommodating when I needed space to work while waiting for my car. She was very transparent about the service.
