Brought car in for routine oil change/inspection and service department found I had to replace brake fluid as well. Turned out to be a much more expensive service a what I was expecting. And had to wait a long time in waiting area. But glad I was able to get safety issue resolved by waiting- just expensive.

I was assisted right away and able to hear all the things I needed to know about the vehicle. The experiment was kind and informative and made me comfortable in making my decision to purchase the vehicle.
