My experience was good but as a customer I feel like the dealership can step it up with a loyalty program. I’ve been with Nissan/Honda and they have them and that always keeps me coming back. I never get mailed coupons for regular maintenance either which is another suggestion. Oil change specials, brakes. Tire rotations. The snack area could stay stocked more too while waiting.
