I come right at 200 miles to this location because of the great service and the excellent & courteous people that handles your vehicle. My service advisor was Mr.Kendrick North, and he took very good care Me and my vehicle and he's very professional as well. I have 3 other Dealerships that are closer to my city, but I just prefer coming up here to Nalley, where I have purchased two Infiniti's.

I purchased a brand new 2023 qx50s this summer. It was not starting on the first try and dying when I sat with it in park. I showed up without an appt and was greeted promptly. They took it straight in and assured me it was under warranty. 4 hours later they told me they couldn't pinpoint the problem and gave me a loaner car. The next morning I was checking out the new loaner car settings and saw that one of the rear tires had pretty low pressure. I gave it a quick look over and there was a huge nail in the tire. Again, I was very disappointed. However, when I called to report the tire they informed me that my car was ready for pickup and it was just the fuel pump (they replaced it of course). Since then I haven't had any problems and received great customer service.

I had an appointment scheduled for 8:40 AM on a Saturday, and although there was a slight hiccup with the initial service manager not being present, I was quickly assisted by Lyndsay Moore. The change turned out to be a blessing in disguise. Lyndsay was nothing short of awesome. She was communicative, setting clear and realistic expectations throughout the service process.While the service team did uncover additional maintenance needs amounting to $3000, which will need attention before the year ends, Lyndsay’s professionalism made the news easier to digest. Her approach to customer service is commendable, especially her attention to detail and the personal touch she adds to the service experience.A standout moment was when my vehicle was driven back into the service bay for pickup, a courtesy I hadn’t received during previous visits. This gesture, though small, significantly enhances the customer experience, emphasizing that every detail matters when it comes to service.In conclusion, Lyndsay Moore’s dedication to exceptional service has earned my trust and appreciation. I’m looking forward to future interactions and confidently recommend her service management to others. Five stars well-deserved!
