Dropped my car off for service, I did not say at the dealer. The service advised Cherish provided regular updates on the status of my car. There was an issue with one of the repairs however a follow up visit was scheduled and the repairs completed within an hour.

My Customer Service Consultant (Dawn Bresko) did an excellent job communicating and making sure I had all the info I needed to get all car serviced. I had a complex service and financial needs given insurance paid for some of my repairs.Dawn made sure to liaison between insurance company and Nally to ensure the complex billing was done correctly.Needed to fix my right rear view mirror, replace right fog light section, replace rear brakes and get an oil change.
