Great experience

Awesome!

I took my 2003 FX 35 Infiniti in for several electrical issues, and routine maintenance, oil, change, fluids, checked and changed, general inspection etc. I had a blinking airbag warning light on, my dashboard lights were barely visible at night, my cruise control was no longer working, my right sided passenger tire made sounds when I turned, one of my headlights and one of my fog lights was out. The service person proceeded to tell me that in order for them to diagnose the electrical problem it would cost a certain amount of money and that afterwards he would tell me how much it would cost to repair and that the cost of diagnosis would go towards that repair. Unfortunately, he couldn’t tell me what the actual repairs would cost if worst case scenario other than it would be very expensive. I don’t know, but in the end I came out with nearly $1000 to replace one headlight one fog light, oil change and some interior lights replaced that I didn’t even know we’re out. Niw two days later I get a blinking light that my windshield wiper fluid needs to be replenished. Good grief seems like that would’ve been checked and replaced for all the money that I spent! Anyway, this is a good reason why I stopped bringing my car to the dealership for routine maintenance! Every time I go in it’s a ridiculous amount of money and I come out still not very satisfied. Hopefully, I can find someone that can work on older cars at a more reasonable price.
