OK. A quick comment. I scheduled a service visit (AC stopped working on a brand new car). I requested a car loaner - I even called the service department and spoke with a person who said they would call me back and never did. The team that worked with me once I got onsite was great. They quickly processed me in and out, got me an uber ride home.
