I went spur of the moment to get an oil change. (This was on a Friday at 11:40 a.m.) The dealership seemed to have been packed at the service center. I was called in a timely manner and told my wait would be about 1 1/2 hour to 2 hour wait. I was serviced and out in an hour and 40 minutes.

my service advisor Kendrick North is awesome. my service technician, although unseen is fantabulous. I was considering trying a different Infiniti dealer for an oil change because of prior service advisor experience. this was the 2nd time that Ive dealt with Kendrick and will request him when i schedule service in the future. the Nalley Infiniti atmosphere is spectacular, comfortable and clean, the refreshment area is well stocked, the availability to have a quiet place to work or take a call or attend a meeting while waiting for the service is greatly appreciated.

My vehicle was serviced well. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. One suggestion: When customers pay a lot of money for luxury vehicles and spend thousands servicing their vehicles, the least that can be done is detail the vehicle. Wash, vacuum and a coat of wax and tire shine...
