Service advisor Tate was great as always. The one thing that needs work I. The wait time for routine maintenance. My appt was at 9:20. I arrived early and didn’t leave until sometime after 11:45. All for an oil change, tire rotation, and brake fluid.

They were short staff so it took forever to be seen. Also, they charged me for an engine filter replacement in my last visit but never actually did the repairs. Mr.Jevon Cannon made sure he took care of the situation for me. I appreciate it but it now has me extra cautious.
