The service advisor was friendly and professional. A noise that I had been complaining about for a while, and a different dealership was not able to diagnose was identified and repaired.

The visit was OK however, the person that helped me could’ve been more engaging.

Everyone was professional and the service was great. I appreciate a thorough explanation of the service rendered and a report was provided. However, when I got home the report was not attached to my bill. I called the following day to speak to my service person and left a message but have not received a call back.
