The new service manager has really made a big difference since he's taken over. Ray has done an excellent job and cutting down on wait times making sure his service writers are extremely knowledgeable and professional and their contacts with the customer. He's done a great job! Even keeping the popcorn flowing.LOL And I can't say enough about my service writer Samuel. I've never had a butler but a butler can learn a lot from Samuel, If they ever Take their car in for service and Sam, assist them for there service needs, from the movement you pull in and Samuel's there to greet you. Listening to and making sure that everything that you need and then some it's taken care of. And the big help was when I thought I was going to have sticker shock for the price of service that was needed. And if I wasn't looking at him, I swear that's Samuel, would have jumped into a phone booth or around the corner, and came back as Superman to save the day with some service coupons that helped me out tremendously. One big changes that Ray has put in place, getting the loner program back in place made the a big difference and deciding factor. Going back to Samuel, not using Infinity of Gwinnett. From Corey, Ray, Markas and the rest of the team, and of course my man, Sam are the GOATs
