i was a walk-in for a battery replacement. the service department specialist was very friendly and helpful and got me in and out very quickly. you guys have a really good team in the service department.

1: i requested the employees that was vacuuming my vehicle to stop, because they were dragging the vac hose across my arm rest. the employee told me that he doing his job. i told him that i told him to stop , therefore, stop. the ribs in the hose will cause damage to my arm rest as it is dragged across the armrest. i didn't appreciate his attitude, but he stop. i take care of my vehicles2: when i schedule my car for service/brakes, the person that made my reservation quoted me the wrong price for brakes service, she was $100plus off, luckily the mechanic and service representative was honest about what work i needed.3: once the service was done, the maintenance was menu was not reset and no sticker placed in windshield advising next oil change.4: the maintenance rep was professional and gave me updated on the vehicle.
