experience with charles was top notch however, i paid to have an oil change and car serviced as well as a wheel alignment and tire replacement. well i went to check the maintenance record on the car and nothing had been reset and the sticker on the windshield had not been replaced either. which leads me to believe that the car did not receive its service that i paid for. please advise on how i should proceed further.
