adam did an excellent job taking care of my concerns at every level! he was very helpful and very knowledgeable about how to treat me and my wife from the beginning to the end of oui service trip. he offered us drinks and snacks while our 🚘 was being serviced, adam, also kept us updated on progress of our 🚘 while we sat in the waiting area. as stated earlier, overall, he did an outstanding job! i would recommend him as our service tech in the future.

i came in for a oil change, i was greeted with great customer service very nice, then got to my service man he was nice we talked about was needed to be done to my car, then he asked me to wait in the waiting area and he offered me some snacks while i waited, and he texted me about what was needed to be done to my car and what is expected for the next visit i love i was informed about my car 🚗 then i saw on my phone 📱 the work was done and walk up to front got my paperwork and the serviceman was very polite..i rated him a 5 for great customer service. thanks
