my service technician charles was absolutely amazing, but my brakes are still squeaking. so i will be calling tomorrow to inform him.

i received service immediately. the wait wasn't long. i was given the diagnostics of the car. i was pleased that my car could get washed.

a very nice experience. an employee immediately walked to my car to greet me when i pulled into the service bay. i walked inside to meet my service advisor. he was helping another client so asked another advisor to help with check in process. a team effort that i appreciate as i was in a bit of a hurry but didn't even need to mention that.
