i had a wonderful experience. mr. charles was very helpful and respectful. he went above and beyond. the only issue i have is that the bottom of my suv cover wasn't secured and i noticed it the following day dragging. i reached out to see about bringing my car in no call back

I found a vehicle and made the purchase but the vehicle had a damaged passenger side mirror that had to be replaced. My purchase was ion 10/27 23 but waiting for the part to come in and the repair to happen. I am waiting to drive my vehicle off the lot. Unsure when it will occur. I was provided a nice loaner vehicle but would like to vehicle I purchased. A lot occurred and I feel communication was not totally effective regarding the replacement part for the damaged mirror. My sales rep has been staying on top of it providing me with updates but I am still waiting for a confirmation regarding the service taking’s place and’s and date to pick my vehicle up. This whole process has been a lot and I have never experienced anything like this before while purchasing a vehicle from Nalley Infiniti. I felt like when the used vehicle came on the lot and before putting it out to be test driven and purchased, all things should have been repaired and’s ready to go. I assumed after the Branch manager was shown the problem the the vehicle damaged mirror on passenger side and him informing us that the part had been ordered last Friday, 10/27/23, I thought vehicle would be repaired and I would be able get my new vehicle on Monday 10/30 but that has not occurred. I found out from the sales rep that the part was ordered in 10/30. I am grateful for the loaner but Frustrated on the wait time to get vehicle I purchased. If I don’t receive vehicle this week, I will be looking to cancel loan thru bank and look to go else where to shop for a vehicle. This whole process has been upsetting to me because of communication. As stated the service rep has been professional and apologetic for what as occurred but the concern is the communication received fro branch manager that was inaccurate.
