my first appointment was easy to make, someone acknowledged and said they would help me shortly and they did. malian, was professional and courteous. my first service was included in the purchase and they took care of the oil change, tire rotation in less than 2 hours. the service waiting area is clean and provides multiple waiting areas and some refreshments.
