It went well. The staff was great. The detail shop didn’t pay attention too detail however. The inside of windows were left unclean after more than one attempt. I love the vehicle!

my service advisor was helpful, kept me update about the status of the repairs and advised me when the repairs were nearing completion. i also had space to work while i waited for the vehicle. the one thing i was put of by was when a manager approached a service advisor about some problem that occurred between the advisor and his colleagues. seems like that issue should have been addressed elsewhere.

the availability of appointments when i booked online was great. the shop and the guest lounge is always so clean. the service is never too long. the complimentary car was is a bonus.
