pauline was fabulous and worked diligently to get me in the vehicle of my dreams at the price point i was hoping for.

normally i don't have any problems and i been having my car services there since i had it. but now it's causing me some inconvenience. i have been having a problem with my drivers side window. you all replaced the window motor, and i still have the problem. now i have to come back out there to have you'll to find and fix the problem.

i purchased a 2019 infiniti qx50 in july of this year. i traded in my 2015 infiniti q60 at that time. i chose to come to nalley infiniti atlanta based on a positive experience i had previously in the service department with malian bah. no long after purchasing my qx50, i realized there was a problem with the sunshade (not closing) and later an issue with one of the front axle's. from start to finish malian went above and beyond to help guide me and keep me up to date on the status of the repairs as well as costs and expected outcomes. he also helped guide me through the warranty process. to his supervisor, malian deserves an extra day off, maybe a bonus or a raise! i notice other customers coming in asking for him as well so i don't think i'm alone here!

the entire experience was very smooth and professional. everything was taken care of properly. i have zero complaints.
