malian was great. he talked with me following the video report made by the mechanic & explained each of the costs for the recommendations. he then went on line & found coupons related to the services i was getting. the video was really helpful & the explanation provided by the mechanic was very good. malian gave me an estimated time that everything would be done. i was happily surprised when my car was ready way before the estimated time. i appreciated all the explanations & service quotes that were given to me prior to me deciding on what i wanted to do. this was one of the easiest service appointments i have ever had. thank you to all involved.

i received a text to see what services were recommended. i did and deleted another service. however, the other service was not performed. my car was sitting in a parking spot outside for a long time. i saw it and assumed that it needed more work. i was wrong. it appears my advisor was not informed. so i was there much longer than i should have been.
