cosby did a great job in reference to customer service. i was displeased with the pick up of my vehicle after spending $4000.00 i expected to have my vehicle properly washed and vacuum out. cosby said it would be washed and vacuum i believe that department(car wash) did not follow through.

from the service technician to the repairman, my experience with the infiniti service department was an a plus. thank you infiniti

my service advisor, sam straub, was excellent! sam is very professional- he explained the service process and after the diagnosis explained the issue and service required. he was very helpful and knowledgeable!

charles was a great help. he called me to follow up on emails and text messages to make sure i understood what was needed. sam was also helpful when i returned to pick up the car. my on complaint is about the complimentary car wash. it seemed like soapy water was put on the car but was not rinced. my side view mirrors left full of water spots and it looked like dirty water was leaked down the windshield. if it's not going to be done right, just leaving it dirty would have been better.
