charles was a great representative. i chose to remain at location and i work while i wait (like i always do) . charles is the first rep to inform me of the empty offices that customers can use for privacy. it was great because i had two meetings to conduct.

the overall experience was okay. usually it's exceptional! this time i had to return to the dealership due to an oil leak. outside of that everything was good.
