cosby was great, informative and helpful; cookie was super helpful (and quite lovely as always) getting me into a loaner for the days the service was scheduled to take, and the service was done quicker than anticipated!

my experience was pretty good. the only negative thing is that i asked that my windshield wipers also be replaced yesterday, and it wasn't until after i left that i realized that they had not been changed. so now i have to drive all the way back up there out-of-way to get new wiper blades. this is an inconvenience. malian was great. he was thorough, he explained everything and kept checking on me.

chris and jay really made things happen for me to get my car while making it affordable! they should absolutely received a bonus on top of the commission!!!
