the salesperson was very nice and helpful. i had asked several times to please have everything ready for us when we got there. this is the only reason i did not give a 5. extremely frustrating. no reason for it. they obviously did not get me approved before i got there. we were there 3 hours.... when we got into see the f&i guy, he said he got the deal 15 minutes ago. ugh!!!! but everyone was very professional and nice. i only hate that it is so far away so i won't be doing much servicing there.
