it was great! i had an oil change, tire rotation & a belt replaced. my appointment was at 9am and was finished by 11:15. i drive over and hour to come to this dealership bc the union city dealership by me is horrible. infiniti should close that location. that's by far the worst dealership i've ever seen in about 30 years of buying cars. i know when i come to this location my vehicle will be serviced the right way!

i was taken care of, explained every option, checked with about the progress, and they drove the car to be sure all was good. very pleasant experience. p.s. i found my extra set of keys, so won't be needing a new set. whew.

Pauline is knowledgeable and caring.

Fantastic customer service and salesmanship. Only issue is that it was my understanding that the car underwent a thorough inspection by the dealership, but the brakes are faulty and in need of attention.
