the technicians were able to find my lost key inside the car. i had been to another dealership and they didn't get the task completed.

very pleasant although i was under the impression that the extended warranty would cover all costs associated with replacing the two rear tires and the paintless dent removal and rim repair would be covered at any infiniti dealership.

I show up at the dealership and I am greeted by Adam O. with tablet in hand and ready to solve whatever issue I am about to throw at him. He quickly got me over to Reggie and then Camile. Purchasing a vehicle was seamless. All were great in taking care of me. When I picked up my car, inside and out was super clean. I really appreciate all the customer service from everyone.
